Are You Satisfied Sitting On The Sidelines?

We're only a couple weeks into 2018, and already many of those who made New Year's resolutions have forgotten or given up on them.

Almost every day of any given week there are stadiums, gyms, tracks, and courts filled with hundreds, if not, thousands of spectators cheering wildly while a handful of participants play the game.

So, what determines who plays and who watches? Well, it comes down to who shows up ready to play whether they feel like it or not. They’re the ones who keep practicing even when they want to quit.

You see, the word “quit” isn’t in their vocabulary, and it shouldn’t be in ours either.

What is it that you want to do, but you’ve told yourself that you can’t, even though you see others doing it? Maybe, it’s losing weight, getting organized, kicking a habit, starting a new career or relationship. Maybe, you think you’re too old, too young, or too inexperienced.

Okay, so you’ve tried before.

I’m sure glad that Thomas Edison, Orville Wright, Henry Ford, and Steve Jobs didn’t give up after all of their failures. I bet they may have thought about it, but there was something deep within telling them to keep going.

Chances are that you probably already have everything you need to start over on your dream. Will it take time? Yes. Will it be hard? Yes. But, will it be worth it? YES!!!

Find someone to hold you accountable, and get started. You can do it. Need help? Email me at maggie@coachmaggie4health.com. I'd love to chat.

Get out of the bleachers and onto the field. Today is the day.

Know someone who’s sidelined their goals and dreams? Share this post with them. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

To your health,

Coach Maggie
